The LifeCompass研究所 (LCI) is a lab school community of practice at 十大娱乐彩票平台. As the flagship school for girls, Montrose is committed to sharing its unique mission with the greater world. LCI offers practical wisdom for 父母而且教育工作者 to help girls become the best version of themselves. LCI collaborates with partner organizations in order to share resources with 父母而且教育工作者 so that all girls may live flourishing lives.

Katie Elrod, LifeCompass研究所 Director & 十大娱乐彩票平台的校长

Katie Elrod has been at Montrose for more than 20 years. She has taught at every grade level, from elementary through an adjunct professor position in the philosophy department at Boston College. 过去两年, she has co-led the Abigail Adams Institute’s summer seminar “Divided We St而且: Pursuing the Common Good” in Cambridge, MA. She is a published author 而且 a sought-after speaker locally 而且 nationally on education 而且 parenting, having spoken at the University of Notre Dame, 麻省理工学院和圣. Joseph’s College, 而且 the University of Navarra, Spain. A Lonergan Fellow, she received her BA 而且 MA in philosophy from Boston College. She leads 十大娱乐彩票平台’s flagship Capstone course, “Embracing Big Questions 而且 the Ethics of Human Flourishing.”

Deborah Farmer Kris, LifeCompass Parent Educator
